Tannasia. aka T, has over 20 years of experience in healthcare management within several areas including managed care, long term care, quality improvement, regulatory affairs, ambulatory care, financial planning and reporting and analysis.  She has held several management positions with a number of organizations including Catholic Health Services of Long Island, Continuum Health Partners, HIP, Royal Health Care, Northwell and Healthix.  She is a visionary data scientist with a passion for data, reporting and systems.  Over her career, she has amassed a successful track record of process improvement through the development, implementation and maintenance of over 25 Small Data systems with an emphasis on strategically designing and implementing business solutions.       

Projects include:

• Various quality improvement tracking systems designed, alongside medical physicians, to measure performance on key quality indicators and provide targeted patient lists for outreach leading to improved quality of care and communication; 

• An unborn/newborn enrollment system designed for Medicaid managed care to store, report on and track correspondence with enrollees and regulatory bodies.  This streamlined processes by creating auto-generated letters and keeping history of the activity;

• A business development system for a managed healthcare organization designed to store, report on and track information for potential clients and results of advertising; and,

• A client information management system for a not-for profit youth organization designed to store, report on and track demographic information, payments, manage invoices and create marketing materials which highlighted lost opportunities for the organization.

T received her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology from the Dyson College of Arts and Sciences at Pace University and her MBA in Management from the Zicklin School of Business at the C.U.N.Y. Baruch College.

Winnie joined EIMA in 2014 as VP of Business Development and Data Analytics.  In addition to a love for data, and an innate creative and inquisitive nature, she brings with her over 18 years of experience in IT project management and extensive experience with startup companies such as Think Chain, Inc. (B2B) and Manlaw Logistics.  She has developed several systems to assist organizations with managing their data.  She has also acquired expertise in teambuilding and supervision, staff development and training, quality assurance, mobile computing, computer languages, records management, project management, office management and financial management, all areas complementary to her role with EIMA.  She is a leader with the "outside the box" vision to achieve EIMA's goals.
 

Winnie received her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Systems Technology from York College.

Jon Kinney 

Software Development

Jon has over 10 years of experience in programming, software development, technology development and data analysis, (C# (and .NET/Visual Studio in general), C++, JavaScript,XSLT, SQL/T-SQL, PHP, Cache ObjectScript, Python.).

Jon received his Bachelor Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the State University of New York College at Purchase.
